Question:          Do I need any special software to view the information in this site?

Answer:            You may need a current version of Microsoft’s Power Point or Power Point Viewer to view the presentations. You may need a current version of Microsoft’s Word or Word Viewer to view the lecture notes. A few items will require Adobe’s Acrobat Reader. All three may be downloaded free of charge from either Microsoft or Adobe.

 

Question:          Do I need any special hardware to access the information in this site?

Answer:            You do not need any special hardware. However, as many of the presentations have sound effects, a sound card and speakers will make the viewing experience more entertaining. Some of the presentations may have a voice-over the text that will also require sound.

 

Question:          Will this site help me pass any certification tests?

Answer:            The material in this site has been designed to assist students master the content of specific courses that lead to a degree or a diploma. However, much of the material in this site will help build a good foundation for taking many certification test.

Answer:            No, this site is maintained and funded by Pioneer Pacific College.
